Privacy Policy — CVVC ERP

CVVC ERP is the official condominium administration and resident services portal of Chandra Vimla Vihar Condominium, Sunderpur, Varanasi. It is used for resident and flat records, maintenance billing and receipts, notices and communication, documents, community services and administrative records.

Information We Process

The portal may process resident name, flat number, owner/tenant status, mobile number, email address, maintenance and payment records, service requests, notices and acknowledgements, uploaded documents and other condominium administration information supplied by residents or authorized administrators.

Google API Data

When an authorized condominium administrator connects a Google account, CVVC ERP requests only the Google permissions required for specific administrative functions:

• Gmail API — gmail.send: used only to send official transactional and administrative emails to registered residents, such as registration status, OTP/password-reset communication, maintenance/payment communication, notices, receipts and certificates. CVVC ERP does not read, search, download, modify or delete existing Gmail messages or mailbox contents.
• Google Drive API — drive.file: used to create, upload or update CVVC ERP-managed PDF files in Google Drive for official record archiving. The application does not request unrestricted access to all files in the connected Drive.

Google OAuth access tokens are used only to perform the functions authorized by the connected administrator. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.

Data Sharing

Resident and Google-connected information is used for condominium administration and is not sold to advertisers. Information may be disclosed where required by law, lawful authority, or necessary condominium governance and administration.

Security & Retention

The ERP uses authenticated resident/admin access, access controls, audit records and backup mechanisms. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for condominium administration, accounting, legal compliance and historical records.

Your Choices

Residents may request correction of profile information through the resident portal or condominium administration. A connected Google account can be disconnected from the ERP by an authorized administrator, and Google account permissions can also be revoked from the Google Account security settings.
