Terms of Service — CVVC ERP

CVVC ERP is provided by Chandra Vimla Vihar Condominium for condominium administration and resident services. Access is intended for authorized administrators and registered residents.

Permitted Use

The portal may be used for resident records, maintenance bills and payments, notices, documents, service requests, community activities and other official condominium functions. Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

Official Records

ERP records support administration but remain subject to the applicable AOP Deed, Bye-Laws, resolutions, verified accounting records and lawful decisions of the Condominium. Where a portal display conflicts with a formally verified record, the authorized official record will prevail after review.

Google Services

Google integration is used by authorized administrators for sending official email and archiving ERP-generated PDF records. Google services remain subject to Google's own terms and availability.

Availability

The Condominium may maintain, update, suspend or modify portal features when reasonably necessary for security, administration, legal compliance or technical maintenance.
