Chandra Vimla Vihar Condominium provides residential administration and digital services. It does not sell or ship physical retail products through this website.
1. Digital Delivery
- Maintenance bills and statements are available in the Resident Portal.
- Payment receipts are generated after a successful recorded payment; some bank/UPI payments may require verification.
- Notices, documents and service updates may be delivered through the portal, email or PWA notification.
2. Delivery Timeline
Digital access is normally immediate after account approval, bill generation or payment confirmation. Email/PWA delivery may be delayed; the portal record remains the primary reference.
3. Physical Documents
Membership certificates, booklets or other physical documents, when issued, are ordinarily distributed at the Condominium Office, meeting or announced event. Courier/shipping is not included unless separately approved.
4. Service Area
Services are intended for Chandra Vimla Vihar Condominium and authorised owners, tenants, residents, staff and service providers.
